Scala Days Registration

Please select the packages and options required. You can add multiple registrations for a group of participants, or get extra reception tickets for additional guests. The deadline for the registration to Scala Days is 9 April 2012.

Scala Days 2012 Registration Fee £350.00

The registration fee includes breakfast, lunches, coffee breaks, and evening reception with dinner.
Extra Evening Reception Ticket, April 17 £85.00

If you would like to bring an additional guest to the evening reception, you may purchase an extra reception ticket.

 
 
The first 50 registrations will be available at a special 50% discounted price. The "Early bird" registrations will be available until 5 March 2012, with a 25% discount. We are also able to offer student discounts (50% off the regular price); you will be asked to show proof of full-time student status. Accepted speakers will be given a free registration voucher. The registration deadline is 9 April 2012; a late fee will be applied to late registrations.

If you need to cancel:

  • Until 2012-03-05, we will reimburse 90% of the paid amount.
  • Until 2012-04-15, we will reimburse 60% of the paid amount.
  • No refunds after 2012-04-15

We can only reimburse you for up to 60 days after payment. No refund is possible afterwards.
